NCET Presents eWeek Nevada

Nevada was built by entrepreneurs.  That entrepreneurial spirit is alive today, with 85% of Nevada’s companies having fewer than 20 employees.  Recent studies show that Nevada’s future economic growth, vitality and diversity will continue to be depend on small businesses. The goal of eWeek (or Entrepreneurship Week) is simple: Celebrate and encourage Nevada’s entrepreneurs — and aspiring entrepreneurs. 

Organizations throughout Nevada are coming together for a series of local events aimed at inspiring and assisting current and future entrepreneurs in Nevada.  Within eWeek, regional organizations ranging from schools to nonprofits will conduct activities, such as open houses, seminars, meet-and-greets with successful entrepreneurs to encourage all people to explore their entrepreneurial potential.

eWeek is coordinated by NCET, Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, a statewide organization designed to encourage and empower entrepreneurs.
